Mgr. Anna Cimburková, MBA
Founder, Career Therapy and Business Therapy Consultant

I'm the founder of Business Therapy, a project inspired by my passion for helping people find joy and fulfillment in their work or business.

With over a decade of experience in business, diplomacy, the nonprofit sector, and strategic planning, I've developed a practical, human-centered approach to growth and change.

In both Career and Business Therapy, I combine communication and deep listening with strategic thinking to help clients identify what matters most - and build a path toward meaningful progress.

I've developed tools such as Business Strategy Canvas and Career Strategy Canvas to support clarity, structure, and sustainable results.

Field of Study
International Relations and European Studies

Furthermore, I enriched my studies with summer programs in Toronto, Madrid, Barcelona, and at the Visegrad Diplomatic Summer School in Krakow. Before completing my Master's degree, I spent a summer semester at Harvard University, focusing on Globalization and US National Security.

Government Sector and Diplomacy
Embassy of Peru and the Senate of the Czech Republic

I began building my professional experience in the diplomatic and government sector, working at the Embassy of Peru and the Senate of the Czech Republic.

Non-profit Sector

Local Active Group of Iron Mountains

For over 10 years, I collaborated on international EU-funded projects within the Local Active Group of Iron Mountains, working as an Executive Assistant to the Director.

Automatic Mills Foundation

As a new professional challenge, I took on the role of Director of the Automatické Mlýny Foundation, where my main task was to establish the foundation's operational framework. Within one year, we built a team, set up all necessary processes, and secured stable operations to support future growth.

Business and Entrepreneurship
British Chamber of Commerce

I spent over six years at the British Chamber of Commerce, where I gradually focused on strategic planning and building key business relationships. I led the Equilibrium mentoring program, aimed at supporting women in business, and co-founded Ment2Grow, a program that helps Czech B2B startups expand globally.

These programs showed me how crucial it is to understand what people truly need and to help them define a path toward achieving their goals. Working with female leaders on their individual careers and with dynamic startups taught me how to identify key solutions, connect them with the right partners, and create an environment where they can grow and thrive.

Personal Development and Education

Throughout my career, I have continued to pursue further education and earned an MBA with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. I used my one-year parental leave to continue learning, completing courses at Harvard University in Organizational Leadership and Remote Work Revolution for Everyone.

As part of my ongoing personal development, I am currently studying Psychology of Emotions at the University of Cambridge, which enables me to better understand human needs and emotions.
