What is the difference between Career Therapy and coaching?
Career Therapy goes beyond traditional coaching. It's not just about providing the client with answers to their questions, but also providing them with concrete tools, models and strategies to support them on their journey forward. We focus on a deeper analysis of the challenges you face and offer practical solutions to help you overcome obstacles and achieve long-term growth and stability.
How are the consultations conducted?
All consultations are conducted online, allowing us the flexibility to accommodate your time and time zone. At the beginning of our collaboration, we will define together your challenges and goals that we want to address. We then offer a structured approach and concrete steps to move you forward. Each consultation is tailored to your needs and focused on achieving results. Consultations and all services are conducted in English and Czech.
Do I need to have a specific idea or plan before I approach you?
You don't have to have everything figured out. Business Therapy is there for those times when you feel dissatisfied, feel stagnant professionally or entrepreneurially, are not doing well, or want a change but don't know how to go about it. How long does the cooperation take?
The length of cooperation depends on your goals and needs. For some clients, a one-time consultation focused on a specific problem is sufficient.
